Welcome to flotilla 78

Linda Sterling is the Flotilla Commander and Rex Miner is the Vice Flotilla Commander for 2009.

Flotilla 78 is located in Garden City Utah, and is called the garden city flotilla because of its formation around the Bear Lake area. In addition, we cover the outlying boating areas of Utah, i.e. Bear Lake, Utah Lake, Deer Creek Reservoir, Jordanelle Reservoir and Strawberry Reservoir. We are part of District 11, Northern Region which covers the Northern half of California, Nevada and Utah; and Division 7, located in the state of Utah.

Flotilla 78 meets at Jim's Restaurant on 10600 south just east of the freeway on the first tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. You may stop by and join us anytime.

Members of the flotilla offer courtesy vessel safety checks on weekends during the summer months at utah lake state park, deer creek reservoir and Jordonelle reservoir, or where requested, if possible..

Boating safety classes are being prepared and plannned and can be given at many different places in Utah County. More information on when and where will be added to this site.
